Our roastery is nestled in the eastern slopes of California’s Sierra Nevada mountain range.  We are in the historic town of Bridgeport, California.  Bridgeport is a destination that is full of adventure.  The surrounding area of Bridgeport has soaring granite peaks, spacious desert vistas, beautiful quiet lakes, bubbling hot springs, cold mountain streams, winter snows, sunny summer skies, rolling sagebrush hills, vibrant wildflower meadows. 

When we established roots in Bridgeport, we were guided by a simple thought, “We love the area and love drinking our morning coffee.”  We then began honing our skills about the coffee roasting process.  We spoke with many experts in the field of the roasting spectrum until we developed our preference and what could be embraced in the area of developing delicious, high quality coffee and perhaps even changing a few minds of developing a palate of high flavor coffee.  We roast in small batches so that our roast develops the flavor of the coffee beans and the integrity is maintained.  We roast to order to ensure your coffee beans are fresh.

Our coffees are named after sites and areas to pay respect to Bridgeports’ rich history.  We hope you enjoy our coffee and hope to see you in the Bridgeport area.
