One of the all time favorites. This blend of 100% Arabica Coffee beans come from Mexico and Guatemala. It is finely crafted to satisfy the coffee drinker who wants a dark roast with a bright twist. Dark enough to enjoy with some cream but light enough to enjoy straight.
About the name: Around 1859, ranchers began settling claims in the valley known as the Big Meadows, so named by the local Paiute Indian tribe. One of the first buildings at the town site was P.G Hughes. With heavy gallows in the front to raise oxen up for shoeing, P.G Hughes outlasted all of the other blacksmiths until the automobile ended his trade. Mr. Hughes built his house on Main Street where it still stands proudly today. This solid cup of coffee is dedicated to Mr. P.G Hughes.
