We like our coffee strong and this one is our strongest.  A single-origin 100% Arabica coffee from Mexico.  This one deserves a little cream but if were from Dogtown, then you can handle this one straight just like the toughest ones that survived the Bridgeport winters.

About the name: Seven miles south of Bridgeport, the first placer gold mining settlement in the Eastern Sierra Nevada was formed at Dogtown in 1859.  Dogtown was said to have produced the largest gold nugget ever found on the Sierra’s eastern slope. However, “Here today, gone tomorrow” describes the booms and busts that were typical of the Gold Rush, and Dogtown was no exception.  Within a couple years of its establishment, the town was abandoned as miners left in search of more profitable strikes.  Nearby, the more appealing and profitable town of Monoville was booming, eventually expanding to a population of 700 pioneers.
