This coffee is our Single Origin Sumatra coffee with notes of roasted marshmallow, pumpkin and caramel. It is a full bodied coffee that leaves a lingering taste.
Pogaitu: the valley of sunflowers, as called by the Paiute, later named Big Meadow and now referred to as Bridgeport Valley. Around 1859 , ranchers began settling claims in the valley known as the Big Meadow, so named by the local Paiute Indian tribe. Dedicated to the hardy minersand early ranchers and a special thank you to the Paiute people.
