This coffee is a Single Origin, with notes of cocoa, and nougat. It has a smooth finish. Grown in the high elevation of Chiapas, Mexico. Makes for a great for expresso.
About the name:
Walker Creek rises from snow melt in the eastern Sierra Nevada flowing into the Bridgeport Valley in Mono County and then continues to flow northeast past Bridgeport through the Sweetwater Mountains. Jeffrey pine and sagebrush dominate the canyon slopes, along with cottonwood and willow found along the riverbank. The river maintains high quality habitat for wild trout and provides diverse habitat for a variety of wildlife
